I found this wonderful graphic which explains tea time history and customs which I thought I would share with you all. I love tea whether it is for high tea, afternoon tea or a quick cuppa before leaving the house! I really love the ettiquette for high tea that is has listed at the bottom!

What a fun graphic! I am a German in America and currently more tuned into Swiss coffee - LOL. But when I lived in Australia I was a tea addict. I still drink it quite a bit, but no special customs with it. I used to love scones with clotted cream and jam + tea when visiting England - YUM!

I love reading about English customs. My uncle did part of our family tree and we were related to the last true Prince of Whales, but I was an Anglophile way before that.

Thanks for sharing this! I was very recently trying to figure out the difference between low tea and high tea. But this graphic is far more informative than whatever website I landed on. Also, I love the etiquette rule about the scones. Next time I have a scone I am going to eat it the proper way.
