Feature Friday- Dorothy Days features Vintage Divine

Hello everyone :)

Today I am featuring another amazing shop for my 'Feature Friday'. The shop I am featuring this week is called

which is run by sisters Rachel and Alli :). They have lived in Phoenix, Arizona for 9 years but were originally from Portland, Oregon. They say that, while they miss the quirky town of Portland, they love the heat of Arizona! They sell mostly dresses but have also been dabbling in accessories and their store is so beautiful!

They say that they have both loved vintage from a young age (when it wasn't yet super cool!) and that by having the Etsy shop to sell vintage has kept them really close as sisters. As they put it .... " We are having WAY too much fun with our shop!". It is lovely to find a shop that not only has such beautiful items but also is run by people who really love what they are doing and are having a ball doing it! They say that as sisters they are very different and have very different styles which combined creats a great ensemble and keeps things interesting. Their dream is to someday take their online business and develop it so one day they can have a physical locations for their shop.

Here are some of my favourite items from their shop :) Please be sure to stop by and have a browse through some of their amazing vintage clothing collection :)

Everyone needs a LBD (Little Black Dress) in their wardrobe and isn't this one just fabulous !? Click here to view

Hope you enjoyed todays feature and thank you for all my birthday wishes on Wednesday :)

Vintage film to start the day

Woke up this morning to England being cold, wet and miserable! It is pouring with rain and looking like it is going to be this way the whole day.

I felt I needed a little bit of cheering up so have been watching this beautiful video on 1950's fashion with rare archive footage. The film shows creations from top designers at the time including Coco Chanel and Christian Dior. Some of the dresses are absolutely beautiful and so glamourous. I wish I had a few of these in my wardrobe!!

Hope you enjoy,
